Privates and small group classes now available via zoom!
Zoom group classes are maximum 8 participants, so the instructor can see and gave feedback to each person in the class.
You can can pay as you go, or use your current package to sign up for a zoom group class.

Group Class Levels
Reformer ‘Ouvert à tous’ (Open to all)
You are new to Pilates on the Reformer, or perhaps restarting your Pilates practice after a hiatus, You are ready to start getting stronger and using your body more efficiently through your consistent weekly practice of the fundamental exercises. As you continue from week to week you start to notice a little more joy in your everyday movements or perhaps in your other physical activities.
Reformer ‘Stabilité’
You are consistent in your Pilates practice on a weekly basis, you know your Reformer settings. You’re instructor is designing the class to continue challenging your stability and disassociation further through more complex exercises and movement patterns. You’re body understands how to engage the proper muscles to find joy in movement through many of the Pilates exercises. You’ve perhaps noticed that your body really misses Pilates when you have to skip a week. :)
Fluidité & Coordination
You have been consistently doing Pilates two or three times a week for years, you’ve mastered all the fundamental exercises, and you are ready for more challenge! You are in good shape with no important injuries or contra indications, and you are ready to incorporate more flow in your transitions and enjoy the thrill and craziness of some of the advanced Reformer exercises.
Reformer '60 ans et plus' (60 and over)
Pilates class on the Reformer designed to be gentle on joints and to improve flexibility and balance.
You are new to Pilates on the Reformer, or perhaps restarting your Pilates practice after a hiatus, You are ready to start getting stronger and using your body more efficiently through your consistent weekly practice of the fundamental exercises.
